Folio Stand is made by KKV Labs LLC ("we"). This policy covers this website and the Folio Stand app.

The app

Your music, annotations, setlists and library details stay on your devices and, if you turn on sync, in your own iCloud account. We do not run servers that store your library, and we cannot see it. The app has no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking. If the app crashes, Apple may share anonymous diagnostic reports with us when you have allowed this in your device settings. You can choose to send us diagnostics yourself from the app when you ask for help.

Send to Band

When you share a setlist, the files you choose are shared through Apple iCloud with the people who receive your link. You can stop sharing at any time.

This website

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address only to tell you when Folio Stand launches, to send the founding offer, and about major updates. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs. We do not use advertising cookies.

Purchases and subscriptions

Pro subscriptions, free trials and offers are handled by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. Apple tells us only that a subscription is active.
